Is it true that if you have negative orbital vector you cant do almond eye?

Been told that the results will not stay due to weak undereye support. But opry and gandy have weak undereye support but positive canthal tilt..

idk where you heard that, but i don't think that's true. For the most part lower lid retraction and canthoplasty are permanent, i mean if your eyes are literally bulging out due to extremely negative orbital vector(not like gandy's negative vector) then problems may arise and you will need to get orbital decompression first.
