We are Celts, i live in one of Galicia's northern provinces.

It depends on your height, and your waist.

If your waist is small, and your height is short, then you can get away with a lot smaller bidelt.

For a 5'10 guy like me with slim waist, i have 20.5'' bidelt, and it looks great. But it is not enough to overcome DYEL when you are dressed in thick clothes.

In trim clothes people ask em "how do you train" even though im natty. So def. it is quite large.

using the wall, the pencil, and the measure tape. Stand one shoulder touching the wall, don't move, draw the line at the level of another shoulder. You are done.

You can also do it way easier with a sliding door.
