Is there a surgery to rremove fat in a very specific place?

Specifically, i want to remove a bit of at on my upper eyelid on top of my lateral canthi. i have a negative eyelid tilt and this is failoing my eye area. Removing the fat just directly above my lateral canthi would be an improvement. Is there any surgery like this?
