Is there a way to minimize recovery with high frequency training?

I Like Training 6/7 days a Week but never feel recovered my training takes 45-55 mins

Is there any natural supplement other than steroids that boosts recovery to training everyday?
 
BCP (either injections or pills)
HGH or testosterone frequencies
Grounding electrodes and blankets and natural grounding
cold or ice baths
various herbs like shilajit, ashwaganda, etc

Train less sleep more
 
smoke weed
eat more
sleep naps aside your main sleep
do cardio as well

It’s bullshiting
Lower your volume, increase intensity, rest 3 minutes between sets

You know nothing about working out and training lol
 
lol 3 mins isn’t enough for heavy ass compound lifts u definitely know little about training
Obviously rest more if you need it retard
