i cant breathe when i lift the back third up along with the rest of the tongue(which barely fits on the roof with the back third or isnt up properly). obviously my upper palate is cramped. since i cant continuously keep my full tongue on the upper palate what if i just do it in reps?
also will hard mewing a lot expand my airway to make it easier for me to get the back third up without choking?
