Just a new photo 5 days into fasting don't know if it's changed my face yet need to workout been doing alot of cardio without any weightlifting

Useless info tbh. If you are losing weight you should be weightlifting. Even a 5 day water fast you will only deplete glycogen stores and appear leaner although you would have lost approx 3-4lbs of actual fat. To see a drastic difference you would need to lose a fair bit more.
