He prescribed me Escitalopram. I was always high inhib, scared of meds and now I go all in. Just took first pill of this jewish drug. Can I drink alcohol with that shit or is there chance of dying or something? Asking drug addicts here.

Yep it's a SSRI so it's gonna fuck u up. And better not take alcohol with it
