My weight for a week and a half now as stalled out at 134.5lb this is so fucken Annoying . I might have to cut out my one enjoyment food which is a small 70cal chips ahoy chocolate chip cookie that I eat with my meal for breakfast to lose my last bit of love handles or start doing Light cardio 3x a week

If you don’t eat anything then you lose muscle mass. I rather look like an athletic then a skinnycell with baby abs

I already work out 6-7x a week
only eat 200 kcal pure protein
 
With such low cal I would still lose muscle
u made a mistake nigga, always leanmaxx to 5 % bodyfat and then bulk up properly
its almost impossible to lose fat without losing muscles
