yes i literally can't speak to women at all, even my friends who i have known for years see me as awkward and those are low tier normies. if i had went to EE or any other country i would just tense up all the time and not be able to talk. i am on the same level as a 11-12yo girl not one who is my age.

I have trouble speaking with women too (lack of rizz and being a jester) but atleast I can maintain a conversation, sometimes it becomes awkward as it depends on the woman. I had better conversations with certain women and bad conversations with others. As I said in other thread, your success in rizz depends on the interest a woman has in you. If she doesn't see you attractive is not gonna work (personality is cope). Being charismatic is an ability only happy and social people have, chatting is way easier because it gives you more time to think the answer.
