So im taking letrozole 2.mg eod and sometimes i feel like i cant breathe for 2-3seconds. Maybe its from the letrozole?

Yes i have tightness around my chest on the left side and my heart beats very hard sometimes and when that happens o have difficulty breathing for 3 seconds
This started when i drank 4 cups of coffee at the same time and almost went to the ambulance
