Genioplasty fixes lip incompetence. Google some Eppley articles. A graft near the mentolabial fold or a balcony genioplasty will improve it further

But when you fix your lip incompetence your bottom lip looks thinner.

It’s a trade off because lip incompetence is horrible from the side view but a fuller lower lip is generally better from front...probably still looks better when you fix it in motion

I have a slight everted lower lip which is basically lip incompetence but very minor
