I wish there was a way to select the amount of fat you want removed, instead of just saying “a little” or “a lot.”

Even with his narrow jaw it looks better than before tho. Also the narrow jaw makes the cheekbones look big in comparison as they stick out further. I’d say a narrow jaw is okay as long as the gonions and finial angle is strong and visible from the side

Nah I mean, I lost weight and saw the perioral mound forming and now its there. I've gained some weight to balance the fat distribution to what it was, but my periorbital and malar fat pads have sunk to the perioral area I think, as I don't look like what I did when I was a bit fatter. This is due to my recessed "upper maxilla" and lack of collagen I think.

Fat is what keeps the muscle tissues supported believe it or not, and aging occurs when the fat dissolves and the muscles just sag.

If you get buccal fat removal it's fine but you just have to leave like 60% of the fat still in the face.

You can absolutely be too gaunt if they remove all of it. You need some fat in the face. The models you are looking at still have facial fat. They just have extremely projected bones and LESS fat than a normal person but they still have facial fat. Removing it all is indeed a mistake and won't make you look like a model, you will look unhealthy though.
