Mandibular Advancement Even WITH an Underbite?

A weird question, but is it possible to get BSSO or IMDO and advance the mandible (lower jaw) even if I am diagnosed with a Class III Malocclusion?

I technically have an underbite but lower jaw is still recessed anyways. It doesn't comically jut out, my profile is still shit jfl.

No, actually my chin is fine. It's the jaws themselves that are the issue. My upper jaw is especially recessed. My lower jaw is more advanced (in comparison to the upper jaw) but still recessed in general. From the side, my mandible kind of melts into the side of my neck. I can send you a pic of what I mean in PMs if you're interested.
