I think it’s because he looks very neotenous for a black person so it balances out a black person’s thug aura and maximizes appeal. The way I conceptualise it is that there’s a latent appeal factor separate from PSL that is the first thing that women see and then PSL is how attractiveness is rationalized and used as a benchmark for further discrimination subconsciously by their brain.
