Most of protein in milk is casein, which is indigestible, plus it doesn't have the 4 aminoacid that you only get from meat.Milk is one of my main sources of protein and I cannot give it up.

But 3L post day is extreme amount of liquid, it probably won't dehydrate you like water if it's unpasteurized, but it still gonna flush out a lot of minerals.
Also that's 150 grams of sugar. I drink a liter per day, but if it's pasteurized, I'd rather drink nothing or juice an occasional citrus.
