MSE before after and major PD

Bros I think I have PD ( Palate dismorphia). Look at this. Am I wide? I had MSE but I still think I am not wide enough. I was able to push my expander to the limits but I stopped because I feared I was too wide. My cheeks were cracking in the middle of the night in the most painful way. I decided it was enough. Now that the expander is out I feel like I should have maxed it all out. Am I suffering from PD (Palate dismorphia). Should I beg my ortho to crack me open more? I do have double jaw surgery next after this

Why MSE sucks, and turns you into a definitionless ape (better MSE theory)

Because an evenly split expansion of the palate will give you an uncanny and unaesthetic maxilla. It expands the front of the palate too much which widens the pyriform aperture unnaturally and gives you a monkey nose. Let's look at the conebeams of some MSE patients, shall we? These do not...

My lips are bigger my cheeks are wider. Honestly it could be just different camera angle. My face is a lot wider. I used to look like a dorito. My nose is a lot wider. My eye tilt is higher I had a negative one.

I would certainly would have died at like 50 if I didnt do this MSE. My breathing and tongue space is so much better. I actually sleep well. I also did the most unflattering angle on this photo. Straight on just to show the changes.

Did you actually get wider? I talked to my orthodontist and OMFS they were being very minimal and I didn't proceed with it since I thought they were meming?
The nose being wider is a failo as well. they told me they put a stitch or something there so it doesn't get wider.
