My hair wants to stay greasy as fuck

I've been on noshampoo for several months and it went well, I used shampoo once every 2 weeks and it went fine My hair wasn't greasy, now I used shampoo some days ago (not a shitty cheap sulfate shampoo) and my hair is greasier than before I went on noshampoo, I take cold showers every morning and only now is it getting worse with the grease, it gets more greasy everyday and it looks like I havent took a shower for 3 months, I have thick straight hair, what can I do?
