I’ve tried out both Jawliner, Chisell and cheap Aliexpress variants and they all seem to be the same tbh
When my current expert level Jawliner breaks I’m gonna order a cheap variant of it from China

I buy a 25 piece pac of sugarfree Orbit, chew it a bit then put it into the fridge overnight to harden. Then I chew it for around a week then throw it away and get a new one

- Hard mewing for ideal tongue position
- Holding proper posture
- Correct swallowing technique
- Always nosebreathing
- Always sleeping on my back
4. Nutrition
- I avoid carbs to remain single digit bf%:
- I drink a lot of water (6-8 liters / day)
+ don’t forget to supplement lost electrolytes back
- I don’t salt my food, I rely on the naturally occuring amount in my food
