Yeah im extreme low body fat since working out everyday, extremely healthy diet and working as a tenniscoach, playing 30 hours tennis a week

Yeah i workout almost every day too and take a lot of stimulants with 500+ kcal deficit while studying at uni
these are pretty big stress for the body
