Never eating a pepperoni pizza ever again

I woke up at 6 am with this wierd feeling of bloatness in my stomac , yesterday I ate almost an entire pepperoni pizza. I went for a shit and my shit was smelling like pepperoni pizza. I took an anti toxin pill because I thought it would get worse. I decided to go back to sleep and I was really hungry. I woke up and felt better but I still haven’t recovered from the pepperoni pizza as my stomach hurts a bit
