No chest hair

I will be 17 in November, but I have no fucking chest hair, but a ton of armpit and pubic hair(and by that I mean it grows very fast, I obviously shave I'm not some hobo), I also have a lot of hair on my legs, but what I totally miss is hair on my chest, I even have a slight beard but no chest hair.
I don't think I look or am low T, but could that be the problem? I look around me and I look more masculine than most boys in my classroom so idk

I don't think so. I am hairy - beard, chest, belly, armpits, fucking hairy ass and back.
And i don't feel like i am High T. I tester it yesterday, results should be this week.
