ear macrotia surgery on one ear to make it symmetrical to the other ear (its obviously asymmetrical and larger despite ppl gaslighting me telling me they can't see it)

I think ear surgery is unnecessary since people can’t even tell the difference. Besides that, ears aren’t that big of an importance.

You have bdd.

Get surgery only if you have major flaws which can’t be fixed naturally/softmaxxed.

But since you’re still going to do it, good luck with the surgeries.
