- Hyoleronic acid
- Mosturizer
- Tretinoin (0.025%)
- Sunscreen (30FPS+)

All of this daily and no matter your skin quality it’ll improve. If you got acne mix in accutane as well.

You’ll go from this

Sunscreen should be applied after Tretinoin since it makes the skin sun sensitive

I wrote a similar thread three years ago (July 2020):

Let's recap the ULTIMATE COLLAGENMAXXING PLAN

Now three years later, I'd add more stuff to the original thread. will do it soon.

It's not about paragraphs or how long and detailed your thread is, it's about knowledge and getting as straight to the point as you can, without letting out important info.

But OP writing his "guide" is "the only guide you'll ever need" is lazy, go browse the archive and stop writing the same shitty guides over and over again pls.

He is 5’3 as well to make it worse

Tallow balm is worth incorporating into your routine as well. I feel like it's very underappreciated and underused in this community as far as skincare goes.

How do you deal with Meibomian gland dysfunction, that given enough long term use plagues most who use tretinoin even if they apply it under the cheek, with a buffer.
Dry eyes is debilitating.
It doesn't seem worth it if you do begin to experience the symptomology. A lot of long term tret users just accept the syndrome and rely on temporary fixes like eye drops or periodic IPL and manual gland expression.

why exfoliate when you use tret - it does that anyways. you‘d do more harm than good, and i‘ve seen some user report bad results from mixing these two
