Found some studies showing that orally consuming aloe vera gel helps in reducing wrinkle formation, sun damage, and boosting collagen.

The only thing I'm missing is how much to eat per day. The Japanese women experiment had the subjects consume 40 micrograms of the aloe sterol, and I'm not sure how much of this is in each aloe leaf. Maybe there are other safe ways to consume aloe as well such as making your own concoction with aloe gel powder but I don't know what to do.

If this is the same study I'm thinking about, the women took 500 mg of aloe vera, which contained 40 micrograms of the sterols. I guess we need to find a product that is standardized for sterol content.
