How do you eat that much without exacerbating your POTS symptoms?Yeah especially when you have a hard time getting the right amount of protein in your diet. I eat around 120g daily on average

I often feel worse when I am not hydrating so I take a large glass of water to bed just in case I wake up thirsty.
I get up take a multivitamin on an empty stomach then eat something light
