about OP question, it's temporary. will increase erection quality and size potentially in the long term though. good before sex. also makes ur dick look lowkey weird after pumping but during the pump it looks way bigger than it actually is. works well tbh.

This guy knows what hes talking about listen to him except for jelqing be really careful about it, stretching is usually the best for length gains while modified forms of jelqing could be for slight girth gains and eq gains
