Got "LIFE Fasting" app for this setup already.
- I am reading that I shouldn't go more than 48hr as beginner so I want to try myself just 24hr as my first fast ever.
- How many times in a week is it safe to fast? Like let's say I fast tomorrow Friday and do I eat normally on Saturday? Is there a optimal plan for this shit I dont want to go Auschwitz and lose muscle.
- Since its 23:54 here and soon I'm going to sleep should I start the fasting time now or tomorrow morning?
- Just for the record, I am not allowed to eat anything right. Can i do tea/milk though?
