Gymcelling is a meme.

Natty = look small in shirt

Roids = looksmin

Fin will destroy your EQ and sex drive. Roids aren’t worth it. And training natty is a joke.

Just be lean and have long hair and good skin, baggy clothing too

Sleep

Sleep is generally hated so it gets neglected but can be up higher. People tend to choose to not do it.

Not eating more than 50 grams of carbs in combination with 3x your kilogram bodyweight protein in grams of protein + lots of sleep, these two are by far the most important

Everything else is marginal. I’ve come to this conclusion during covid lockdown when I could only do meme workouts at home for almost a year yet my physique barely changed because I ate a ton of protein and avoided carbs. Tbh even if you don’t exercise at all you would still look good if you just ate this way

Nowadays I look like utter shit

Low carbs is hell for me because of boxing

I feel like fucking death and I get annihilated in the ring when I have low energy

You can't build muscle without protein, you dumbfuck.

Post old picture then
This was in the summer when I was lean

In the winter I was way bigger and looked big in a T shirt

I had way more success in clubs when I had size as opposed to being lean

But only grow the hair and leave out the rest? The only baggy clothing I've got away with were vintage artist tees that were with no choice.

The people who still think this obviously haven’t tried training and dieting properly for several years…It’s such cope. Sure it’s difficult and takes a long as time to get muscular natty, but of course it’s possible. Everyone here wants an easy shortcut JFL.

Sleep is the one that gets chosen the most to cut down. It is the hardest to stop what you're doing voluntarily.

[edit]
I gymnmed intensely for 5-6 days for 7 months and still got to 9%bf, 81kg.

yeah they're just weak faggots who don't have the spirit or willpower to train hard and intense for themselves. The feeling of training hard and being totally present after is a feeling people should be feeling every day

Yep that’s why guys should focus on improving face, and use surgeries if needed

I've gained 10 kg in 10 months. I'm steal lean and have visible abs.
Things that helped me the most:
Creatine
Vitamin D
Eggs at least 4-6 a day
Hitting muscles 2-3 a week
Clean bulk whole foods only

the body needs carbs for energy
if you cut out carbs , your body is gonna start breaking down protein to produce glucose
