currently starvemaxxing
i got puffy nipples from gymmaxxing stoppee training lower chest
going to the gym 1x a week

How old are you? Starvemaxxing isn't a very intelligent move if your growth plates are still open

ill be 18 in 5months
Then don't starve yet, get an xray exam to see if you still have growth plates, normal people have their plates closed at around 21, so i would still eat healthy if it was you.

i Dont look skinny my peak while i was bulkingbwas 67kg
now starvemaxxing got me to 62kg lost some fat in cheeks and legs and i look more masculare

Well I would advise to focus on your side deltoid and lats maybe some forearms or traps, also u don't even have to train lower chest it will grow with the rest of your chest just spam incline mate

Starvemaxxing isn't really necessary sinceyour not even a fatty the puffy nipples has nothing to do with training chest its probably because of an hormonal imbalance and also did u eat nothing during those 1.5 years or do you just not train good because in 1.5rs u should be fairly big maybe because y go 1x a week best is4 x a week 3 hypertrophy training days and one SBD day [ sqaut bench deadlift] for strength

i went 6x a week for a year then lowered to 1x a week cuz no time
i eat high protien about 100g of carbs
