Surgeon agreed to advance my chin 1mm further, he only warned it can make a me a bit ogre. THERE WILL BE ASCENSION!

He also showed me some plannings and their respective B/A to prove the outcome tends to be almost exactly as predicted. Hopefully I won't be lucky enough to get botched.
