People here wouldn't look at you differently or consider you ugly. Even though you have a recessed chin and some flaws those are definetly possible to fix with surgery.

the problem is, i have pretty noticeable asymmetry and really bad skin (you can't see from this picture, but i do, i used to have cystic acne and even went on accutane)

i think if i fixed my asymmetry and my skin i could get some girls on high school, but i really don't know how to fix the asymmetry
