Hear me out when I say, people notice when you force it like that. They may not say it to you directly, but they mention it once you leave.
A voice being forced into that register cant even be projected, so good luck with it in irl situations where there's background noise.
I used to do it a lot unfortunately, and my voice wasn't even high in the first place.

If you want to voicemaxx, forget vocal fry until you learn how to speak from your diaphragm. Relax it into a lower pitch without "forcing" it. It takes some time and practice, but eventually it will become smoother/lower. Then practice speaking with a bit of rasp, but only on words you don't intend to be very emphasized.

Dropping into vocal fry like that just sounds like a frog croaking.
Please take my advice, I had to learn the hard way not to do that.

Should mention, once you do practice adding a little rasp, make sure its not "high" up in the throat, but lower.
It's really hard to explain these things because you can only really describe the feel of things. But practicing singing, watching tutorials, all helped me become more familiar with how voices worked (I still cant sing worth shit though)
