1 - Chest and shoulders
2 - Legs and back
3 - Cardio rest
4 - Full arms and chest
5 - Back and shoulders
6 - Legs and full arms
7 - Cardio rest

Hitting legs first because it releases test to the upper body
Basically hitting the same muscle 2x every week and cardio which is 1 hour in rest days and 20 minutes on lifting days.
 
just do chest 8 days a week bro
 
Acut hormone changes are not responsible for muscle growth.
