I want to drop to 10% bodyfat for maximum face bone gains and stay on that level permanently. My gymbro friend said that if I want substantial muscle gains I will have to "get a little fat" and cut it afterwards.
I don't want to spend any time in college not being at my best so I really don't want to get fat but I also want to improve my body.
