I take 30k IU Vitamin D3, 500 Mcg k2 and 840MG of magnesium

Everyday!!!

No, I sadly didn’t will in the future.

But I knew I was deficient in my diet, and so are most people.

If you’re not going out daily, you’re deficient in D3. Even if you do, you need a lot of sunlight, so you might still be deficient.

And with magnesium, unless I eat those foods, which I don't, and even the soil sometimes doesn’t have much magnesium.

Better safe than sorry

When I first started mega dosing vit D a year ago, it felt like it did wonders to my body and also my mood. I'm not sure if it was placebo but it was great, but now I cannot feel any type of effect from taking it. Its almost like it isn't benefitting me in any way, I take magnesium on top of it too.

What do you recommend I do? Is it because I'm not deficient anymore?

How much were you taking? For how long?
 
I was taking 20k units a day for a few months, even now I'm still taking above 10k.

Well, everyone’s different. Maybe you reach a plateau, as in, your baseline is optimized.

So it doesn’t give the same feeling as being deficient and then suddenly fixing it.

Try 30k IU with your magnesium, of course.
Grab some k2 to allow even more d3 into the cells.

It helps activate the vitamin D receptor, which gives the main benefit.
Tell me how much magnesium you were getting.
And also remember that I don’t have all the answers, so do your own research.
