I had an extremely traumatic experience in my primary school, which caused a lot of mental degredation for me, and lead to bad social problems that I just couldn't cope with. I went to a boys only school due to girlphobia from primary school as well. It was rlly a matter of me being ethnic and shitting myself (literally) infront of everyone in my class, it eventually spread to the whole school, and I don't think I need to tell you how bad my smv was after that, so I was dealing with Depression and anxiety for almost all my life, since primary and secondary school, and it certaintly affecting me in college. In my time in my first year, not only was I too antisocial to gain any friends but near the end of the year my depression became so incredibly severe, that I had several breakdowns and my grades were being affected. I was only able to get very average grades for my first year.
My second year was even worse, in-that my breakdowns became far more common and started to have feel really suicidal, I had to seek professional help (e.g. therapy, counselling) and had to be on fluoxetine to cope, even then it affected my grades and my mental health. Rn, in the UK we're going through this shitty educaton grading system due to covid and the lockdown that is fucking up my grades and ruining my future. Rn I am feeling suicidal as hell. I might be one step close to roping for real soon.
