If you got no friends it doesn't matter but running would be helpful if you wanna reach someone of if you wanna escape.

Invest in some quality running shoes if you plan on doing long distances, and if you're gonna do races then start incorporating speedruns into your regimen. Rather than just jogging random miles n shut like a pleb.
