Brother you're on a chase for perfection. There's a thin line of demarcation between wanting to enhance your looks, and then when it blurs into the territory of self-destruction. To become so encapsulated by a flaw or defect, and attributing your self-esteem and self-worth to this imperfection is an awful, awful, way to live. It's not worth it, mate. It's just not.

If you truly want to remove this light fold, then get it treated with dermal filler. You are already lean, and either through ageing or weight-loss, there has been a collapse of your malar fat-pad that sits under your medial cheek, as well as the collapse of the occuli fat pads under the eye. The lack of support, thanks to gravity, creates a down-ward pull; thus creating the fold.

I suggest having your under-eye, medial cheek, and lateral cheek, treated with dermal filler. This will create anatomical support to your mid-face - lifting the cheek and removing the fold. Depending on where you live, and the availability of capable injectors, you can also have the base of your nose treated with dermal filler. This will bring forward your mid-face, enhance its projection, and also help restore structural support that is lacking. I think you would be a great candidate for this, but because the base of the nose is very vascular, injectors seldomly offer this treatment.

I've had my nasolabial folds treated four times, it was one of the first areas I ever had treated. It's been great. Send me a message if you want to know anything else.

It‘s due to brutal brutal stress in 2018 in my case. And maybe due to the mimic of crying for like 2 months everyday..
but I‘ve always had this kind of hollowness under the eyes.
look that‘s me with 17.

and I also had a little nasolabial fold as a teen but it not looked so uneven.. look

and I had fillers in 2018 after the stress (with 18) and it did nothing except giving me swelling and a hard lump under the skin which is still there

Brutal stress?

Cope. It’s just shit genetics. You’re only twenty and already aging like a guy in his mid 40’s

Why do people still think I‘m like 17/18?
And it is stress, you have no clue how it destroyed my skin within a couple of weeks.I always looked younger than I was before the stress.

Probably due to the fact that you are mentally deficient. You still live with your parents so it’s impossible have experienced this “brutal stress” you keep bringing up. Wait until you enter the real world, that’s when life truly tests you. You are not going to make it, it’s just a fact of life.

Hmm I can understand what you mean by stress man, but in saying that, stress can cause a lack of appetite; a lack of appetite can cause weight loss; weight loss causes a deflation of facial fat pads; thus resulting in a fold.

Put your finger under your eyelid and where the line is and rotate your eyes up like you're looking at the sky. If something bulges out, it means you have a herniated fat pad. If you don't feel anything, then that means that there is a depression of the fat pad.

Filler the mid-face requires more than just filling the nasolabial fold itself. Like I said, you would have to consider filling the medial cheek, the lateral cheek, the tear trough, and perhaps the base of the nose.

In an absolute extreme situation, and I suggest waiting a couple of years and looking into having a mid-face cheek lift. It's a little extreme, but it's still an option.

But didn‘t you look at the two pics? I was 17 there and there‘s also a tear trough

This dark triad forum bullies him with deep psychological tactics to suicide :lul:

It‘s impossible? My little sis ..... I told this a couple of times in this forum.

Couldn‘t the tear trough be due to recessed orbitals? Because I had them all my life

I did. Even babies have tear troughs. It pertains to the prominence of the lower orbital rim due to skin laxity of the under-eye region juxtaposed against a collapsed oculi fat pad. I'm telling you brother, it's an anatomical structural issue, not a dermal issue. No topical cream, ointment, lotion, or potion will eradicate this line. Volume has to be restored subcutaneously in order to provide structural support. Trust me mate, I'm speaking from experience having the exact same problem area as you, having copious amounts of experience with injectables, and six years of study at university.

How it can be volume loss then? I mean if I always had it or as you said even babies have it, it‘s not volume loss..

Because the oculi fat pad has continued to collapse and decrease over time. Haha I'm sorry man, but I can't make it any more clearer. Have a consultation with an oculio-plasic surgeron in your area who specialises in cosmetic treatments of the eye region. If you still disagree with his medical advice, then perhaps you should look into a mental health treatment plan because clearly this area of concern isn't one of cosmetic, but psychological. Good luck man. Hit me up if you need any more info.
