Minimum dosage of Zoloft is 25mg, so a 50mg will probably give you withdrawal symptons. How long have you been taking it? Overall antidepressants have been proved to not be very usefull. They are woth mostly if you have suicidal thoughts of something similar. Not worth it for OCD.
