Should I wear lifts?

Should I get lifts and/or elevator shoes when I'm already 6'2 in normal shoes or is the risk of getting caught too high?

Just do one inch, anything higher is cope. However you did mention you’re 6’2 so realistically you can go 2 inches but it seems unnecessary
