Should you measure T levels at a specific time of the day?

Has anyone here measured T levels on different times at the same day? Is there really a significant difference at which time you measure? I read there is, did anyone of you had different results?

I'm gonna have a measurement at wednesday at 8:15, I have insomnia so Idk it it's a good idea to measure at morning but I have an appointment so I will go.

Yeah I will try to sleep and not nut before, but I guess (and hope) the time is not a big difference, so I wait for the verdict.
