Yeah there was a thread about this not too long ago, just gonna stick to trying red light and dermarolling

Yeah, don't use that

I think fat loss is a pretty rare potential side effect that hasn’t really yet been properly studied in humans. There are some rodent studies purporting fat loss from vitamin A but in humans, it’s mainly anecdotal evidence. Some do report experiencing rapid fat loss that does not seem attributable to weight loss or aging, so it could be that Retin A causes fat loss in some people. However, it seems to be pretty or even very rare, as most have had good results. I've been on it for 6 months and no fat loss.

All the doctors who answered, say it's not the Retin A causing the problems.

Still not 100% proven to be true in all cases along with the severity of the alleged effect but low-regular doses shouldn't do harm

I alternate between retin-a and adapalene gel which is a weaker retinoid

Did you lose face fat?

Fat is what making your face youthful

I noticed undereye fat loss but it was always going to get naturally worse so I don’t think i could attribute it solely to Retin a. I had undereye troughs before getting filler done around 2 weeks ago. The right trough was always deeper than the left but I did notice it getting worse

Indeed you gotta make sure your diet is full of healthy fats this goes against society preaching that all fat is bad

Yeah I don’t use it there anymore. Stopped using it now for the summer. My under eye troughs are genetic so I won’t use it under eye again
Invest into an eye cream with peptides and vitamin C since these are lighting ingredients

that’s from what I read

Anecdotally, all other things being equal, I can say Tretinoin use melted my Periorbital fat in a matter of months.

I still had decent Under-eye support last December, and upper eyelids were still hooded by fat.

Now, I have dark circles and even got UUE due to tretinoin melting fat pads in the upper eyelid area.

(Tretinoin was applied 3-5x/week, including some on the Under-eye area, and browbone).

Do you have a pic to compare?

idk this could be a number of things like other ingredients in the tret gel/ fake tret gel or even the sunscreen that they started because of the tretonoin.

Any examples?
vit c lightens by removing hyper pigmentation and such, don't do much for under eye sorry to say
peptides might though don't know too much about them

Did the filler get rid of it?
