I get nervous very fast in difficult situations. For example a emotional discussion or even stronger arguments, would give me very fast heart beats and shorter breath. I just cant stay calm or focussed anymore. Back in school times, i was not able to stand in front of the class and do a presentation. I did not get enough breath, and was very nervous.
I really want to stay calm in stress situation, and dont want my whole body to get into panic everytime.
Also when i walk around alone in the city, i feel like people sitting are looking at me, and then i dont know where to look at.
Do i have some serious problems? What could i do?

Bro thinking about staying "Calm" doesn't work because when the moment arrives your inner thoughts will show up.
What you have to do is to be more Courageous, you know that moment you decide to "DO IT" no matter what? That's the spirit you have to use, and after a few times doing it, it will automatically suppress the fear.
 
I have very low blood pressure. Would this be a problem for propranolol?
Can't really tell you tbh. I have lowish blood pressure myself and had no side effects on 40mg. You should do your own research, I would say you should try it out in a safe environment and look what happens but I'm not a doctor.

Less fear, especially no bodily fear reaction (heart rate, sweating etc.) and also a reduction of fear past the point of being "high"/having the drug in your system. Propranolol is basically exposure therapy on steroids. You should do your own research because I don't really go into detail here.

Exposure is really all you can do in the long-term. Drugs like people mentioned above can work, but it’s only a short-term fix and you can’t really become reliant on them.

This worked for me as well, mdma permanently changed me

How often must you take it/ how long for the rewiring to occur?
I haven't tried this enough myself so take this with a grain of salt. As far as I've read one dosage/exposure already has a big impact and you probably get deminishing returns after this. I'd estimate 3 times or so should be enough to have a significant impact on your fear (the one related to whatever you exposed yourself to). I only took so far when I (had to) meet new people and I'm pretty sure it worked, the thought of meeting strangers scares me less now. Also I combined it with xanax so my brain doesn't cuck me tbh
Edit: You could look up the few studies researchers did on propranolol because they will actually measure the amount of prop the subjects took and what changes occured. Those are far more reliable then personal experiences.

You need to accept the fact that people look at you and judge you.
Just don't pay attention to it and keep walking.

Do hard things (workout,cold shower) and expose yourself to social situations, worked for me

Propranolol mainly inhibits the fear reaction of the body (sweating, increased heart rate etc.) which already makes a huge dfiference for sure and probably helps your thoughts but it doesn't directly effect your thoughts/feelings. So I took prop for body and xanax for mind to make sure both stfu.

watch out for GHB fuckedup if you are addicted to it
 
I used to have the exact same symptoms back in highschool. For me it was a mix of social anxiety and low self esteem. Leaving your comfort zone will help a lot.

if it gives you calming effects than you maybe have ADHD or ADD indeed

I became low inhib god after putting myself in very retarded situations. Once i ran from police with diarrhea in my pants. A lot of confidence came after becoming bigger and learning martial arts. Still a 26 khhv but i literally struggle to feel stress or anxiety, suffered from it back in school thats for sure. Find physical confidence by training and mental confidence by reading some philosophy

Problem with these gama-related drugs is that they build tolerance pretty quickly, you need to keep tapering to have some effects so in the long run it's not viable.

Op should try different types of drugs for anxiety and see which one works the best, also behavioral therapy (i.e actually force yourself to socialise more and gets more and more used to it) may help, there quite a lot of studies showing some good results with anxiety disorders
