starting to believe that height+frame+physique is everything

Gaining muscle at delts which will increase it by 4 inches
Expanding ribcage by heavy breathing squats + dumbbell pullovers
Widening clavicles by microfractures
I will get my results with these and Ik that for sure
Yeah the 4 inches thing is true, I gained exactly that over two years at a lower bw
