I wan to add t3 to my stack as hgh suppress thyoird hormones and it’s just good overall for height
Do I need to take t4 with it?
What’s the average dose?
Do I need cycle it?
Side effects?
Anything else I should know?

Take a lot of fructose as t3 will increase adrenaline if you don’t have enough glycogen. T4 50 mcg in the noon and 50 before bed is good. T3 there’s no one dose, you can nibble the tablet when you want but get 10 mcg max in an hour. I take 40 mcg t3 which I chew throughout the day and t4 I take like I told you
