I need tips to boost my test urgently.
sprint, eggs+red meat, lift, calisthenics (workout in general high intensity but not too much), sleep 9+ minimum. U can easily fix this

only your doctor can help you, but i don't think injectable test is the way, maybe your estrogen levels are high, or maybe your body works with this level without any issues

your free testosterone levels are pretty low,i would not suggest working out because it only increases testosterone in the very short term and increases cortisol too much,the better is to increase it by nutrition.Eating more cholesterol and great amount of proteins and carbs,because its proven that low protein diets and low carbs diet lower testosterone

Just inject test, best case scenario for you is maybe 450 by the time you’re 20 MAYBE
 
at your age I was probably at 450 iirc

Your estrogen is also very high.
These are lowering your testosterone. Now idk what the norms at 15 are for this but thyroid definitely seems concerning for 15 years old.
