You’re legit stupid though, ectomorph and mesomorph aren’t body shape types, they’re purely based on maintainable body fat percentage and muscle mass, an ecto is someone who’s skinny asf and can’t build muscle, David Laid is an ecto and the only reason he looks good is because of roids, mesomorph is just someone who can build muscle easily and still be lean naturally, good example is Jeff Seid.

You can have any body shape between ectos mesos and endros.
