after my cutting I developed a strong shit food addiction: if I see a pack of biscuits I eat it all in few minutes.

zero cola, jelly 0, eating fruits, being aware of the fact that your time is ticking

I had this problem after cutting as well (insane high appetite ngl). Intermittent fasting is your answer (preferably with high-fat diet).

If you are craving something ( eg pizza) has , search on google for moldy, rotten photos of that particular food
