Natural lifers and enhanced lifters are two very big night and day differences, of the course the obvious answer is steroids but some and not all .org users seem to not understand that as a natural lifter you can simply not train for hypertrophy because you don't have any of the body chemistry that is enhanced by anabolic steroids to grow Aswell as the dieting and lifestyle structure to able to train hypertrophy which is mainly a secondary component to resistance training.

The original component to resistance training was strength training because many believed that building a solid foundation of physical strength first before moving on to hypertrophy, but this was not true. As a natural you simply are only left with one goal to keep progressing in the gym and that's strength training, of course you will hit a wall where you've reached your genetic potential in physical strength but that is very slow and could take up to 15-20 years to achieve 100% maximum peak physical strength. This is why boomer's have such thick wrists, thick hands, and strong well developed apple crushing grips and insanely raw physical strength like picking up man-made objects such as wood, logs etc. They have been lifting from when they were young (17 at minimum) all the way to their 40's where old-man strength is not a myth but the truth.

Another mistake those who train naturally think is that they can train a muscle group 2x a week, no that is far from the truth and here is why, As a natural lifter you need minimum of 48 hours of recovery between your muscle groups to sufficiently train hard and intense because your CNS takes long to recover as a natural if you're going heavy every single session, So many programs I see people are doing for example PPL, is they will hit their chest, back, arms, shoulders and legs twice a week which is too much frequency, Instead of doing it 2x a week, do it 1x a week for really intense session and have an extra day in the week to target a lacking muscle group or weak part of your body. For more advanced natural's hitting a muscle group 2x a week is fine as long as the weak body parts are hit before the strong points of your body to ensure you are getting more work and intensity into the weak muscle groups in prioritizing them.

Last point is many people believe as a natural you can get big if you've trained long enough, I'm sorry but this was a fairytale made up to keep naturals motivated in achieving something that is physiologically impossible as soon when you've reached 70-80% of your lifetime natural gains you will hit a plateau. This plateau can only be broken through with literal perfect dieting, scheduling, timing of workouts and meals before and after, sleep, low stress, mood, and age. Age is the biggest factor because as you enter your early 30's your peak will start to fade and if you've started natural lifting late after 25 it's simply over for you and you need to go on steroids to achieve a somewhat decent physique to normies that is achieved by someone who has started when they were 17.

That's all I have to say and if you guy's got questions on how to program, advice, tips then feel free to ask me.
