Uneven side profile

My right side is chad-tier,strong mandible,good maxilla.

My left side profile is retarded as fuck,strong mandible still but an intensely subhuman maxilla.

Dont have jaw rotation,symmetry is okay from the front,however my nose bridge is flat from the left side and okay from the right.

Could a rhinoplasty and nose bridge lift/augmentation make my left side better?
